Who we are ?
Christophe Séguin
Coach and mental trainer
“Coach and mental trainer. Graduated from the faculty of Dijon in coaching and mental preparation, specialized in horse coaching.
As a horse breeder’s son (performance horses), I have been riding since early childhood. After traveling and riding all kinds of horses from Mustangs to Mongolians, Arabians, Argentineans, Iberians, Mexicans, Indians, Kyrgyzs and Tajiks, I think it would be fair to say that I am a rider of the world.
Further to my studies in business school, and my experience in the sports sector, I took over the position of sales director of a network of 30 stores in France dedicated to the practice of horse riding.
After that and in accordance to my passion for people and performance, I obtained in 2015 a University degree from the faculty of Dijon as coach and mental trainer specialized in companies, in the sport sector and in personal development. I specialized in coaching through and with the horse.
As a strong advocate for diversity in our organizations, I worked in London for a Pakistani foundation, an enriching multicultural experience.
During a trip to the nomadic shepherds in Tajikistan, I finalized my method in intercultural communication, assisted by the horse.
All these passions are now my life purpose.”

Horse behaviourist
“Listening to the horse , this remarquable being, is the essence of the work that fascinates me. This is why I like to give the horse a voice to better understand him. It’s a long-term process that allows me to evolve, and equally to help others from all walks of life evolve through the horse’s magical healing power.
My years of personal and professional experience have taught me how to interact with people, how to communicate in a group and how to function in a complex society. And yet I know, the most beautiful school of life is the one I was kindly offered by the horse.
This wonderful four-legged teacher teaches me patience, compassion and tolerance. He allows me to go beyond verbal communication and to use my inner resources to elevate myself both physically and emotionally. Most importantly, the horse allows me to use the gift I have of connecting people with each other, to serve as a bridge between horses and humans.
Citizen of the world, passionate about the equine language, I would like to make the partnership with the horse one of the main keys to happiness.”

The horse
“I have existed for 50 million years on this earth and yet, I have only interacted with humans for 5000 years. After I was hunted, eaten, worked in the fields and used for war, I am now mostly considered as a recreational animal. And even more recently, I’m seen as more than just that: a true reflection of what is happening in humans.
A silent Master, I am not only an expert in body language but I also naturally capture the energy around me. My honesty, my capacity to be in the present moment and non-judgemental force my interlocutors to unveil their authentic being.
As a key partner of the “”Horse coaching concept”” method, I have an important mission: to assist humans in their quest for awareness and change.”

Mountain guide
“Traveling, especially in the high Indian Himalayas, sparked within me a strong connection to mountains and hiking in wide-open natural landscapes. Along the way, I developed a strong interest in languages and cultures. Drawing and travel diaries have proved to be a great means of communication and exchange.
Graduated from the fine arts of Nantes and then Berlin, it is in Grenoble and in the South Vercors that I obtained my state certificate as a mountain guide. I spend my time between these two passions that nourish each other and with which I would like to build bridges.
Having led several hikes in the Himalayas in summer, and in the Alps in winter, long-distance and high altitude hikes forged me an aptitude and a real interest for group supervision in mountain environments. Management of individual effort, group dynamics as well as team building, important to the success of such collective projects, are values that are essential to me.”

Specialist in rebalancing energies
“Passionate about holistic therapies revolving around energy, chakras, the union of body, mind and heart especially through yoga, my career could only take a radical turn when this awareness sparked in me, after having graduated from a master’s degree in business management.
Recognizing the physical and emotional blockages, reconnecting to our breathing, being in the here and now … All this brought me to explore different approaches until I discovered a very unique therapy combining yoga postures, specific mobilizations and pressures on the meridians to revive the flow of energy in the whole body and restore a general balance.
It is called Thai Yoga massage, which is at the confluence of Chinese massage and Indian Ayurvedic medicine. Qualified as “”a sacred dance””, it releases energy blockages through meditation in motion. It is based on the noble pillars of Buddhism: Metta, benevolence and Karuna, compassion. The influence of yoga through stretching with the asanas, promotes the free flow of vital energy, giving full dimension to this unique art.”

Guide in Morocco
“Passionate about my country, its mountains and “”La vallée des roses”” (the valley of roses) at the foot of the High Atlas, I take pleasure in showing my region to people.
I graduated from the Moroccan school of guides which is in a partnership with the training center of Chamonix in France. I accompany travelers concerned with solidarity, ecological and responsible tourism.
Attentive to multicultural exchanges, I particularly like meeting with Berbers in the mountains. These are peasants attached to their animals, their crops of olive trees, their figs and cereals growing on terraces.
The ecology of my country is a priority as well as its population, its health, its resources and its future. I play a role in its preservation linked with associations in Morocco and in other countries.
Open to the sharing of ideas and values, I commit myself to the building of a society where equity and benevolence are higly esteemed.”
